The prices above are based on the following black and white copy price system:

A4 laser black and white copies cost:

▫ If the total number of copies is below 100, the price is 5p per copy, including VAT
▫ If the total number of copies is at least 100, the price for printing multiple copies of the same original is 2.5p+VAT for the first 100 copies and 1.5p+VAT for all copies above 100

A3 laser black and white copies cost:

▫ If the total number of copies is below 100, the price is 10p per copy, including VAT
▫ If the total number of copies is at least 100, the price for printing multiple copies of the same original is 4p+VAT for the first 100 copies and 3p+VAT for all copies above 100
